Shipping

We ship all orders through India Post Business Parcel.
After shipping, we send you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Why COD Is Not Available

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Here are the logical reasons:

  1. B2B Orders Do Not Use COD
    We sell packaging materials mainly to businesses.
    In B2B, orders are usually prepaid because businesses need fast and smooth processing.
  2. Courier Does Not Support COD
    India Post Business Parcel does not provide COD service for this type of product.
    So even if we want, we cannot offer it.
  3. Higher Risk With COD
    COD parcels are sometimes refused by customers.
    When this happens, the parcel goes back and the packaging material can get damaged.
  4. Faster Order Processing
    Prepaid orders are easier and faster to ship because we do not need to wait for COD confirmation.

For these reasons, COD is not available.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns.
Here are the logical and practical reasons:

  1. Return Shipping Is Not Supported
    India Post Business Parcel does not have a return pickup service for these products.
  2. High Cost of Reverse Delivery
    Sending items back costs more than the value of the packaging items.
    This makes returns impossible to manage.
  3. Hygiene and Quality Control
    We cannot guarantee the condition of items once they leave our warehouse.
    For quality and safety reasons, we cannot take them back.
  4. B2B Standard Practice
    In business-to-business orders, returns are usually not allowed unless the product is defective.

Because of all these reasons, we cannot accept returns.

Refund for Lost or Damaged Parcel

If your parcel is lost or damaged, you will get a refund of:

₹500 OR your order value — whichever is lower.

This rule is set by India Post, and we are required to follow it.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before we ship it.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel because the parcel cannot be stopped or returned by India Post.

If you want to cancel, message us immediately at 9332340389.

Refund Time

Approved refunds will be sent within X days (you can tell me the number of days).
If the refund does not show:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Check your payment app or message.
  3. If still not received, WhatsApp us at 9332340389 with your order details. We will help you.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.
  • If the address is wrong and the parcel is returned or lost, we cannot take responsibility.
  • Make sure your phone number is active so the courier can contact you if needed.
  • Keep your tracking number safe until the parcel is delivered.
